To change your account ownership, follow these steps:
- Both the existing and the new owner must visit our Hotspot (customer support center) with the original CNIC.
- The outstanding bill should be cleared.
- Once the above requirements are met, ownership will be updated.
- For corporate customers, a declaration of change in ownership on company letterhead with authorized signatures is mandatory.
- Existing customers may send a change of ownership request from their registered email to csd@tes.com.pk.

You can download your last 3 months’ bills by logging in to Self-Care Space or My Transworld App. Once logged in, follow these steps:
- Click on my bills.
- Select the month and click download.
- You can download the last 3 months’ bill through the Self-Care Space.
Yes, you can relocate your connection if your relocation address falls in our coverage area.
To initiate the relocation request, email us at csd@tes.com.pk or call 1837.

Transworld offers a temporary suspension of services. To activate temporary suspension email us at:
- csd@tes.com.pk from your registered email ID.

- Please note that clearing your outstanding bills for temporary blockage of services is mandatory.
- Monthly service blockage fee is Rs. 250 + Tax.

You can download your tax certificate through our Self-Care Portal/My Transworld App.
It usually takes 4 working days to deploy a connection. However, our teams try hard to facilitate the customers as quick as possible.
You can change/reset the password by following the below steps.
- Go to My Transworld App or visit: https://customer.wordpress-1170509-5917986.cloudwaysapps.com/login.php
- Enter your customer ID
- Click on create/reset password
- Fill in the required information and click proceed.
- Enter the OTP received on your registered email ID.
- Click ‘Set Password’.
- Your password will be reset/changed.
You can restore your connection for FREE for 24 hours by calling us at 1837. For restore through IVR facility follow the steps:
- Call 1837
- Select your desired language option.
- Add your customer ID.
- Press 3 for account restoration.
- Your services will be restored for 24 hours!
- Pay your bill to fully restore your internet services.
Transworld billing is prepaid i.e., you pay in advance for the services.
Our monthly bill is generated on the 2nd of the following month and should be cleared by the 8th of the same month to enjoy uninterrupted services.
